Am I banned?

When I try to log in my account it says that i can’t log in through this IP…

I checked if I were reported by something and it seems that I “Fly abuse” without knowing it!!!

My character name is Inanna... I saw I were reported by flying in Herion, but check us all, we were flying in the mountain just to go that point, if we fly through that line “mountain line” we lost our winds (I’m telling this because someone of us Elyos try to fly through and fail down and all asmos like zombies killed him, so if u check them right, we weren’t flying over them, we only flied over that mountain... so check your facts right...

I looked for the punishment for apparently “fly abuse” and it says 2 hours in prison and 30% less kinah, but I can’t logging in?

So I hope someone make this thing clear!!!
