Another item.pak errorer, quick question!

So I've spent the last few hours yesterday trying to figure out why Aion keeps erroring out after dropping in the item.pak. I've tried just about everything that people have mentioned and nothing seems to be working BUT. The purpose of this post is that..

I saw on a quite random post that I cant seem to find anymore with someone posting an "GM's biin32 folder" saying that It could work. I just cant for my life to seem to find that posting again with the link to try that possible fix that seems to be happening to windows XP users such as myself.

Does anyone know of which I speak of?
