    are there anyway to get the item back?

    what kind of important item? if its a quest item, a GM maybe able to restart the quest for u so u can get the item again.

    ^ actually, no they can not do this. If you sold the item, most of the time getting the item back does not help. and restarting the quest is not possible.

    The buy back option is the third tab but it is not implemented with this server just yet.
