    please help my friend, yesterday he was playing normal, today when he logged all hisitems are gone, only left the kinah. He never got the password to anyone, it usesantivirus and did not catch viruses. He is not vip and yet the items are missing him (EGTand guardian primus pilus). You could check the log to see if trade were stolen or destroyed? please, he was already banned once and started all over again. He does not deserve it. Check what is happening please.
