Any guides on getting decent enchantment stones?

Methods I tried to do:
Extracting a lvl 65 fabled gear, this only gives me L60 - L70+ but never L80+
Extracting a lvl 65 eternal gear, this only gives me L70 - L80+ never gotten an L90+ stone
Combination tool most of the time produces a lower lvl of enchantment stones.

So, are there other ways of getting decent enchantment stones?

 

Hmm.. Try entering Sauro Supply Base and extract a mythic item (violet). It will give you 90-100+ stone.

PS: Governor Sunayaka also gives 12 or more L110 Purple Enchantment Stone.
