any tips for headache?

 

I always use Excedrin (Ultra-Strength), if pills don't take care of it, I'd suggest just going to sleep.

Id suggest lots of rest and no looking at computer screens or TV or any gaming devices for a while.

Sometimes a headache is from doing too much of these sorts of things.

1- get a shotgun
2- get some bullets
3- aim right to ur head
4- boom!

or just take Tylenol it also works well.

 

take paracetamol (biogesic if ur country has this type of paracetamol) and drink lots of water, dehydration could also be a reason for your headache or it could be u didnt have enough sleep.. take a rest from playing too much computer and exercise everyday even if it's just 30mins

Massaging your temples in the area of your pulse can also help tremendously to relieve a headache.

 

stop computering and take a nap for a while.
almost always works ^.^

 

The cause of that headache is too mush playing computer.
that headache is coming from any left or right back part of your head right??
