    I wouldn't consider this a problem really.. In any case, there's things to keep in mind regarding Officer ranks and above, there can only be so many of them. If you want to be a 1-star, you need to have more AP than the lowest ranked 1-star, and since that is not a static number, you can't really know for sure, and also if you get careless you can get de-ranked without even losing AP. This also means no server or faction need the same amount of AP to reach a certain rank and thus asking becomes pointless. =P
