    It is called visual bug. It is caused by copying the items into the memo pad (they say).

    I'm sure you already got the point, but let me repeat: It is a visual bug.
    As we all know dual weapons cannot possibly be fused, and this happens, as already mentioned, by copying the item to the memo pad. It sometimes creates crazy fused pistols, enchanted Amba sets, and so on.

    So don't worry about it for now :)
