Arbiter weapon, and any rank dependent items

    I'm a rank 2 on my main and I can almost buy an Arbiter weapon with credits. I was just wondering if I had to be a Governor to use it, because if that's the case I wouldn't really want it then. So could a rank 2 use a Governor rank dependent item?

    Yes, you can use the item. All the items in game dont need the requeriments that said in the item, you can use all items, whatever rank you are.

    Nope, you do not need to be any abyss rank required to wear any of the Governor sets, Amba, HAC, and etc. etc. they took off those restrictions so people like you and I can use the Governor set they provide in the shop for people to buy. You can even be Rank 9 and wear all Governor. Soo good luck and Happy PvPing.

    As what the others said, rank restriction for items was removed, and that'll be permanent.
