Archer iframes post reboot​

Bug Description:

Archers iframe parts of the skills are way too inconsistent after the reboots on both mountain breeze and tactical strike. I have a stable internet connection so I don't think this is due to latency.​

How to reproduce/proof:

You can reproduce it with any class that has fast ccs or delayed ccs you can time with. Iframe window is rather small (both mountain breeze and tactical strike before you shoot the arrow supposed to be iframe after the arrow breeze is super armor and tactical is unprotected)

Thanks for sharing the other post. I was aware of the skill gap on tactical strike but it almost feels like it is unprotected and as far as I and archer community knows there shouldn't be any gap in mountain breeze. Anyways I'll just look a little more into it and let you know if anything is wrong, for now ty.
