    Archer life quest​
    Bug Description:
    Even after checking all quest type, Igor the chief of Velia does not give life quest.
    Since he is the one who gives initial life quest, all following life quests are impossible.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Create an archer, proceed till lvl 20, check all quest type and talk to Igor.​
