Are lesser supplements bugged?

    Are lesser supplements bugged? It could just be that I was having terrible luck but it seemed like I had more failures using them. I enchanted my ranger up to +4 with level 50-60 stones without using them and only had like 2 fails but when I used them to help enchant my chanter 6 out of m y 10 level 65 stones failed when I only had +1 or 0 . I failed like 10 times trying to socket manastones using them but when I socketed my ranger not using them I only had 1 fail on all my gear. Like I said, it could very well be I was having terrible luck , just thought I would ask the question.

    Have you even noticed that thay don't dissapear after enchantment ?

    they are bugged, they dont work. and yes they are supposed to dissapear
