    I want to move some chars from Lumiel to Siel and I dont want to get a fail transfer problem cause I know I'll lose my credits so, anyone knows if transfer service is working fine atm??? and from Lumiel to Siel its 1500 credits???

    Transfer service is working fine provided that you follow the steps and instructions. Yes it's 1500 credits to transfer from Lumiel to Siel.

    Just in case your transfer fails, you get your 1500 credit refunded automatically.

    well I tried transfer one char today at 2:00 pm atm is 9:33 pm and still saying "You have an active player transfer!" =( something to do???

    The message " You have an active player transfer! " will remain untill an admin resets your transfer. Just be patient.
    Make sure to empty your special cube; your account warehouse and your broker.
    Leave space in your inventory and in your warehouse, Discard all the things relating your account to the server; for example, quest items!
    Also; make sure to leave your legion.

    I don't think the automatic refund actually works considering more than 7 hours have passed and his credits are yet to be refunded. Carl should just make it so SAMs can manually refund credits just like the way it used to be.

    I'm on the same situation. I tried transferring a character yesterday around 1 PM. It's now 11 AM so its been 22 hours and still stuck with "You have an active player transfer!" message. My VIP access is being wasted because of this crap, it's really getting annoying.
