Artisan 2 Trading Questline

    i can't start the artisan 2 trading questline
    I have Artisan 3 Trading level
    Char level is 25
    What am i messing ?

    It's working just fine, I have just started the quest line in another character... You have to go to Ibellab Oasis and talk to Ashim (General Goods Vendor).
    Don't forget to open your Quests window ("O") and mark "ALL" on "Quest Type" to see every type of quest available.

    i have the level

    what am I missing any quest line that i have to do ? my nova is new no questline done on her

    No need to double post, use the edit function.
    I'm sorry, I missed one information you gave, that your character is Lvl 25, it must be at least 55.
