Bug Description:

No drop down for buying artisan memories appears when continuous button is checked.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Try repairing helmet max durability and Check continuous, click the artisan memory button and hit yes . Your repair mats are deleted without benefit​

I think this is the item you are refering to, yeah it does show in the pearl tab of the inventory, and no there is no indicators letting you know how many you have left While repairing maximum durability however I have not had this problem happen since the new patch, maybe a quick Force-Recheck might solve the issue I do not know, but I have been repairing with Artisan Memory now ever since I got enough pearls to do so all the time, so I usually buy 10 at a time since it is very rare that I have to build fail stacks on boss gear, 10 Memory Fragments and I always end up using continuous with 40 more durability. I really hope that this was just a one off thing that happens sometimes, put it down to some street urchin making its ways pick pocketing people in the towns and cities
