Attack Speed Calculation Error

    For some odd reason the attack speed calculation isn't correct, i add on my Tabatha spear +10, +19% attack speed then the weapon itself is 2.8 attack speed, and my ABG glove +8% and it says my attack speed is 2.0 and it says -0.8 or so. Anyone notice this ?

    19+8=27%

    27%=0.785 2.8-0,785=show 2.0 atkspeed

    actually its 2.8-.8 = 2.0........ i dont think its just showing out put of 2.0 by default.
