Back attacks on ranged skills​

Bug Description:

Back attacks on ranged classified classes does not work. It only works in close range, but it should work on all ranges.
It should be working after the patch, since we had a patch that implemented it.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Play ranger or archer and test any skills from range in the target that is turned away from you.

Absolute: Bow Skill
Its a normal LMB shooting from bow.
This skill i made a sample of, however you could test all the skills and the bugg occurs on all of them for ranger. Also awakening skills on ranger have similar issue.
Back attacks works only in close range.
