Balanced Gear in RBF

Red Battlefield is supposed to be a place where you can test your skill against other players and get better, while at the same time earn rewards. Right now it's a chore for everyone who isn't at a high GS because of all the high geared players. This creates a boring match because many low geared players take up a slot on the team, but are also dying over and over again giving the enemy points to not get kicked. I think the best solution is to either completely or partially remove gear score in RBF, replacing them with whatever values the developers see fit. It would make this much more fun to farm and it would help me, and many other players increase their skill at the game. Thanks for reading.
