    i've been working on crafting lately and was wondering how i could get the balic designs for the Sky Dragon Emperor plate set and sword

    You can check Abyss fortresses (Teminon-Elyo / Primum-Asmo) If it is not there, then go to the Black Cloud Island or the Tigraki Island in the Top of Abyss. Black Cloud is close to Kysis Fortress.
