Ban Appeal

Can anyone tell me my i can't login and vote for my char. There's nothing in the ban system, and no one had ban me, the problems begain when i can't vote for my login/char and after that i tried to login to the game and that's the answer in the ingame login " You Cannot access thought this IP. (22) " Please can someone help me? :sad::sad::sad:

If you have any further questions you are welcome to send a pm to me or any of the other AM's on forums and we will do our best to help. However, I am fairly sure that you were caught multivoting as that is primarily the reason for this sort of ban action to be taken on an account.

I have little time in less than a year gamez come back but I have donated between 350 and 400 dollars, now that my account is restricted, I was forced to create another and as I continued giving to the community, the error was mine to make multiple voting another account but I just wanted to know if there is no way to recover it or anything I can do, I wonder since Alente never answer my PM
