Ban panel, perma banned, status Locked.

hi AM/GM, i have a problem. How can I reply on my Ban System when it's Locked? this is not supposed to be happening to my account. My accounts purpose only is to transfer those stuffs to my friends account for he wanted to create other race instead of wasting credits just for that. It's not a big deal to ban my account without any report that I obviously stole his stuffs. And one more thing I'm not the one who's using my own account because my friend just borrowed it for transfer. Who would want to delete all his char without transferring first the items? my friend account is an elyos and mine asmo , my friend want to change a race so there is a free VIP he borrowed my account to transfer all of his items to my account. then he deleted all of his character so that he can make an asmo race then transfer again those items that's his purpose. but head puddles banned me earlier reason is thef, proof IT logs, we played in shop. we are friends, and its not thef. hope you can help me

And don't push that we have trouble with those account coz if you review the log of our accounts, it only runs all the way with the same IP address which means that we're friends. so tell me what's the big problem with those (us) players who are playing fair and just got banned for a reason like this?

 

if u got ban, is bcs some1 reported u for something else, not for your friend items lol. here is no ban without a reason and never without a proof. anyway u should pm puddles or who banned u, bcs u wont get an answer on forum about.
