   Unable to acquire any SHINY GOLDEN SEAL - [IMPERIAL CONQUEST] by trade and bandits.​

   How to reproduce/proof:
   

   acquire 1 horse wagon and a cart full of trade goods, go over to the bandit area on the map, it will not attack at all.​

   If u see mark on map but bandits not agro its mean somebody killed it few mins ago, so just come to other mark on map.
