    Hi, i wanna play the game again and i have and old account, but banned. Is there any chance that i can get my account back? i have premium subscription and lvl 50 characters, grind everything again is painfull. My account is banned for more than 4 years. Thanks.

    Nope. Once you're permanently banned, no way back.
    If you want to play, you should just create a new account anyways since your items have probably lost their values by now.
