banned for IP reason

    I was told by gm Asanka that the IP is blocked:
    this was the message " Due to repeatable speedhack offenses from this IP it was blocked. If can play from any other internet cafe, or you can contact cafe owner and ask him to change external IP."

    Why everyone playing from this cafe has to suffer if we are not the one at fault? Does it necesarily need to ban the IP and not just the player in violation?

    I hope u can address this. Your feedback is highly appreciated :D

    What exactly this says. cafe owners need to take responsibility of what goes on in their shop. The IP won't be banned becuase of the number of speed hack reports we have gotten from the IP.
