Banned from discord and banned from donating?

I noticed there was a contact us tab so ill repost this here instead. I haven't logged onto Gamezbd for a while now, i was about to come back and buy membership and see if archer was released, just to see i was banned from the discord server and seeing sorry we're not accepting donations right now whenever i tried to donate to see my friend able to donate moments later with no change for me. Is there a reason i was banned from both Vuranium is my name and discord Vuranium#2345 i haven't been active in a while with no bans records on my ingame account so im not sure what reason i was banned for.

 

I do not see that name in the discord bans list. Also, there should not be any ban given there without proof provided. I and the GM, for example, always provide said mentioned proof. As far as the donations go, since you've been away for awhile, you will simply need to play for a few hours and relog. It will open up for you then. It has nothing to do with any ban, and is the same for everyone.

 

oh i see for the donation stuff but i"m still unable to connect to the discord on my main account but if i log onto another account i can still join the server just fine and i'm not sure why if i'm not banned.
