Banned hacker back!!

    Ok so how is it possible that a banned hacker came back on the server he was Elyos named Spirox could't make SS cuz SERVER CRASHED again and before i noticed i got DC anyway he said to me if i wana join him to get some AP and becoz we were only 2 vs 10 asmos i was not interested but he said dont worry i have same hack as the one used on you guys here is Abbys i can make 55k dmg with 1 hit.After i said that i was gonna SS i got DC.

    So how can some one get back if hes IP is banned?????
    PvP is gonna sux if that is so...

    Has autumn mention in prior post, he could of had his static ip change, or had his ISP change his IP... there's various ways to work around an IP ban.
