Bartali Log chapter 7 inaccessible.​

Bug Description:

Season+ characters that chose the Main Story Quest Skip at Velia cannot see or accept repeatable quests that have Main Story Quests as requirements from Velia to Mediah.

Steps to reproduce:

(1) Create season+ character or use time piece to transfer season+ status exp / skill points

(2) Accept Main Story Skip Path at Velia

(3) Complete the new Skip Path

(4) Verify you cannot access Repeatable quests that require main story quests from Velia to Mediah.



Example of a repeatable quest that is affected by this in Heidel: Lost Lamb from Murana Lynch.

Lost Lamb cannot be accepted or seen on a season+ character that chose the skip path and completed it. As the character does not have the approriate main quest completed flag for: Lord's Summoning or Paying Off Debts.



Example of a repeatable quests that are affected by this in Mediah: [Repeat] Useful Junk, [Repeat] Disgusting Guys, [Repeat] Already Dead

Those Mediah repeatables cannot be accepted or seen on a season+ character that chose the skip path and completed it. As the character does not have the approriate main quest completed flag for: [Co-op] Awakened Black Spirit​
