Being banned cause of trading MCD plate set with low lvl ely toon

i want to report about my banned ID, just because im trading MCD palte set.....

what i do,, is just trading my MCD plate set in elyos side with low lvl ely toon, and A NEW GM

banned me after call my toon to Admin place ( i dont know what place is that,,, its looks like a judgement place inched: )

and now im losing my abg acc,, ABG plate set and MAsta Spear fused with ABG spear, and StormWings........ (thats alot of credits :sad::sad::sad: )

pls.. give me back my ID and release my ID from "banned" status........
