    ambassador set? or governor set?

    i've heard that the governor set cannot be enhance and the enhancing value of items now is up to +30? i haven't play 4.0 yet so someone could give me the idea?

    At this time Ambassador is the best set for stats. +30 max enchant is just rumors and it will not be implement.

    +30 stats is only a bug...

    Governor set can't really be enchanted since it's stats is > than Ambassador's/Elite Ambassador's +15

    are the governor set can be enhance to +15? bcoz they say it isn't.

    edit: answered. I guess i still wont playing the game. the strategy in consuming credits is ridiculous and the Vote system nowadays is almost impossible. always already voted. it will be a waste of credits in spending those items. it'll be better to play other server for the meantime.

    Sticking to HAC is a good idea, hac seems to be better than ambassador except that ambassador has a bit more pvp def which wont make an actual difference imo. Id wait for the governor set.

    The star officer set is a joke , its stats are worse than hac and while it gives pvp defence that's really a useless stat in comparison to MR and HP.

    Lol, so mean that power will enchant Set governor? This will is a marvel, the donator mother****er all sert governor + 30 and to rank varies 9 , is ****, this server passes garbage to a super ****! And Also shall Set the governor not to enchant!
