    since i havent downloaded the game yet due to electricity problem cause by typhoon Odette, i just want to ask if the gear on the site is the best gear you can get ingame?

    No, Arbiter is the best set but it is only available for governors. Custodian is next but it is only available for 1 star officer up.

    So sets in webshop is the set without any rank limitations and also it can be bought using Blood Marks.

    For extendables, you really just need to craft Katalium Rarified Rod and it is not easy. Pray to whoever gods you have just to trigger everything in the excellent results when crafting. And if you got lucky and was able to get a Katalium Rarified Rod then you just need to find the morphing recipe if your weapon of choice.

    PS: Sword, dagger, Greatsword, and Spear uses Katalium Rarified Rod but Staffs uses another one (forgot the name).
