Big Problem... The item never appeared

    Hi guys, i have a big problem with the page, a few minutes ago i buy an Archon Brigade General Hat, but the item never appeared, and i have space in my inventory (much space). It's to strange, i have two histories in the page (?).

    PD: If you don't believe me, see the database or something else. I vote every day and i can't lose this item.
    PD2: And if you see the dates of the items, you can calculate my credits.

    Anyways, you should ALWAYS make a video when you buy something from the store, if it doesnt appear, then you have a really solid proof that it didnt.
    I hope GMs take a look a this.

    The only gm who answered my private messages was Ashtar and unfortunately he can't do anything. So i'm still waiting.
