black cloud trader shop

hi all i have a problem white mine black cloud traders shop in Game i CANT open it when iam in game i try items pack new gamez launcher onley notting works maby some can tel me what i need to do is it a bugg or its on mine own client
mine item pack works fine i can use mine DDL wapons on lvl 65 so thats not the problem i think and mine game client runs good to onley i cant open mine black cloud traders shop when iam IG so some know maby the issue

Try opening up your inventory and clicking on the shopping basket in the top left corner.

 

Same issue, nothing happens when i click on the shopping basket.

 

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Ncsoft\Aion\L10N\1_enu\data and delete the zData folder. Then run the GamezAion launcher and press on the Update button.

 

Ty all for your help, I solved my problem.
Apparently, the gamez aion update was not installed correctly. So I just updated it as administrator and now it's working fine.

 

hello guys ! i tried deathangel's tips but it does not work for me. i dont anderstand why i cannot open the shop >.<
anyone can help me plox ? for info im using 4.5.0.6 version of the game ! am i using wrong version ?

 

GamezAion is right now on 4.5.0.8 / Better to update for you & than downgrade to 4.5.0.8
