black screen

    I need help. I'm having a black screen. my video card is already up to date but still im having a black screen

    When do you experience this black screen error, produce some sort of picture to show.
    However check off the following:
    • Not using a third-party overlay program.
    • Run the launcher with administrator privileges
    • Ensure your game is the correct size to cross off having corrupt files (30.1GB)

    Looks like a graphical problem buddy or some game files corrupted.
    I'd delete my data folder and let the ncsoft launcher update the game :|
