Black Spirit Pass not working

    Hello,
    I'm looking for help in regards to a purchase for the Black Spirit Pass.
    I donated and got the 2500 Coin and reset my game for the coin to show up, then used it to purchase the pass but the pass didn't register. I then reset the game again thinking that would help, and unfortunately didn't.
    Can an admin or someone help me resolve this?

    Turns out you have to activate it from your premium inventory!
