[FONT=\]can you help me with my problem?... actually i already logged-in in the game but unfortunately there are words which appear and it says there that "ID and PASSWORD does not match" but in fact, i am very sure of my id and pass..[/FONT]
[FONT=\]akikaze says that i should recover my pass or change pass so that i can log-in... but terribly says that it cannot...[/FONT]
[FONT=\]help me what to do... is there any problem with my installment or placing such thing in my aion document or what?..[/FONT]

You sure you installed Gamez Aion Launcher? Maybe you are launching Retail Aion.
Care with the Caps Lock and Number pad.
And you should be able to recover your password. Check the Email were you created your Gamez Account.
If you already tried to Recover your PAss. Remem that your password will be Resetted and you have to make a new one. Check your email dude.
