    I mean, why do these two buff skills can appear at the same time ?

    yeah well some ppls got less hp that they should get from those buffs - i as sorc have 8k hp and i gain +275 hp from blesing of hp (were the f.. is 10%?????) and also with all cleric / chanter buffs)

    Blessing of Stone is a stigma. Why wouldn't it appear at the same time?

    they appear at the same time and share same cd. Btw, blessing of stone is chanter exclusive skill
