    can i ask for something? about quest at katalam? about blood mark held... it is available already? if it is available..tell me where to locate the NPC.

    Yes, you can do the blood marks quests and some items are purchasable.
    The quests are located generally in Katalam and Danaria camps, ranging from Daily to Weekly to Once-off.
    As for the items, currently you can only get the Heroic (blue) equipments. The NPCs to exchange them are located in Kaisinel's Beacon (elyos) or Danuar Spire (asmo).

    Here's the highlighted areas for Katalam where you can get the quests:

    you can acquire them thru quest but you can only use them to purchase ckmbative which is so LOL

    i have a question about blood mark quests! NPC's at irigani's keep in katalam are missing (3 days now). Is it a bug? Are they removed? Or race occupation issue? because i really dont get it and want blood marks for skins but cant take the quest. It seems that in other bases too npc's are missing

    It is a bug. They're known to sometimes just not respawn or even unable to capture the camp. Occasionally out of the blue, they might respawn again or usually server restarts fixes it.
