    Bug Description:
    Hello, when you bring your ship near any wharf manager and repair it.. it just recover your ship durability, but dont recover your ''Power'' Bar:

    there is an item http://bddatabase.net/us/item/54025/ that recover your power ship but its cooldown is 60min.    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
