Both of my characters are stuck (black screen+interface)

Hello

I have characters that are stuck on the lumiel server, but its not a regular im stuck in a wall type of thing. what happend is that i took a teleporter and then suddenly everything locked up so i decided to log out and try to relog back in, well now all it shows is a black screen and the interface (skills bar and such) and i cant play with either characters (happend twice) same teleporter.

so is there something that someone can do for me to fix this problem, ive already did a unstuck request on both toons but its been 3 days thus far, and i really would like to play my toons sometime soon. this is the following that someone may need to fix my toons.
