Website Issue Bought the wrong Cash Shop Item because of false title.

Hey,

today i wanted to buy an outfit from the webshop so i got my cash and went to buy the Ram Horn Witch Kunoichi Outfit for my Kunoichi Character. I double and even triple checked if i'm going to buy the correct one. Once bought i logged into the game and received the mail. I opened the Box and noticed i couldn't equip it because no it says that it is for Dark Knight. I went back to the Web Shop and checked if i just klicked the wrong one. But clearly there isn't even a Ram Horn Witch Set listed for the Dark Knight. After checking several times i clicked onto the Title [Kunoichi] Ram Horn Witch Costume Set just to see what would happen. And i get linked to a Databasesite of the Dark Knight Ram Horn Witch Set. It's clear that this is happend due to the item being titled false. And now i wanted to ask if there's a way to change that Set into the Kunoichi one or get the Cash refunded?
