Broker Bug

Items,which are 1-2 Days in Broker, lost all Godstones and Manastones on it....
Plz solve this Problem.

 

I didn't want to make a new thread so I am bumping this old thread, I don't know if I lost it or what? But when I sold something on the broker it shows that I can collect the kinah from an item that has been totally cleaned out of everything(manastones, godstone, enchantment). Could it be that the buyer looked at the broker and received a cleaned out weapon or it was only a visual bug and he still received the fully socketed and everything weapon?

There is also this bug I noticed that when I sell a higher proc of Tiamat Weapons on the broker, say a 19% atkspeed weapon. When you search for it in the broker, it is 16%?

I am at this moment looking at a bunch of Tiamat Guard weapons on the broker of the same stat some have enchantment levels but they all are of the same stat(well at least on atk and castspeed which is the only stat im comparing right now).
