    [ BUG ] Missing Character after maintenance and Unable to Create New Character 07/06/2019​
    Bug Description:
    Hi:

    I lost my character after the maintenance, then i could not create a new character on Slot 2 of my character selection.

    You not see low level characters on Arsha pvp channel and also cant make new characters while u on nArsha
