    Try repairing the client through the NCSoft launcher then re-installing the Gamez launcher?

    try to send an Unstucked request and make sure you wont log in your account till the server restarted.. so more likely dont log in ur account for like 24-48 hours after u sent the unstucked request :p... If that wont solve ur problem then try repairing ur Client

    I've noticed my aion and still with this bug on my gladiator ..
    Most likely this is the magic of this in my stigman gladiator as if you have a gm come and help me .. with it .. thanks
