    Horse Exp is less then 1.5x instead of the promised 20x​
    Bug Description:
    If we compare official to Gamez we will quickly notice something.

    Lets compare Official to Gamez:

    ------------------------------------------------------------

    Official:

    1 tick = 16 seconds

    EXP each tick = ~510 without any buffs.

    Training Level Tested At: Professional 5

    ------------------------------------------------------------

    Gamez:

    1 tick = 16 seconds

    EXP each tick ~800 without any horse exp buffs

    Training Level Tested At: Professional 9

    How to reproduce/proof:
