[BUG] "You are already logged in (7)

Hi, I just can not get into the game more, because it appears that I am already logged in, but I'm not. This happens a lot. I need to wait for my character to be disconnected to get me to login again.
I have already sent a message in the support area that is on site, the message is in Portuguese.
If a Brazilian GM can help me will be easier to understand ourselves. (if possible)

when I could log into the game, my cooking skills was more than 400, but when I returned was 360, WHY?
