    An assassin full buffed with magical accuracy build can get around 2.9 - 3.0k magical accuracy solo.
    Not to mention if he have any outside buff.

    In addition, the damage portion of Signet Silence will ALWAYS hit. Even if the Assassin only has 2500macc vs your 3000mres, he/she has 50% to inflict the silence debuff.
