I was selling my 1k credits non vip and a guy ask me for buy a change name ticket but i can't trade it , was to be tradeable i already have item.pak what is going on

I'm sorry to say but we don't really refund since you're the one who made the mistake and not us nor the system. Next time, please double check the forums for details on such matters or send me a direct PM if you are unsure of anything so I can help you before you do your trades.

 

now i lost everthing i ever had because a dumb, i will never trade again xD ty =) your guys can even trade it for another item cost 1k tradeable like a godstone ? xD

 

I'm sorry about that. Just to let you know, we do have an existing promo for voting wherein you will receive additional 10 credits per link you vote on at www.gamezaion.com. Instead of getting just 10 credits/vote you can now get 20 credits/vote. This promo will last until December 3rd but I hope it will help you get your credits back.
