bugged char

hey there, my char is bugged at the stigmamaster since a few days. tryed to unstuck via website, ingame by contactig a gm and a post in the forum and nothing happend...

i have the same prob like a lot of other players here in the forum... try to login my char and the game get closed

the char isnt really the problem but i want my equip that hes wearing back... it wasnt cheap :tongue:

did this happen before the recent lumiel restart?
there is another poster who is complaining about his char not being unstuck after the lumiel restart.

 

since 5 days dont know the last restart...

 

try to request and unstuck again @ the site. and try not to log in your stuck character ( i mean never really attempt ) until ur certain there was a server restart.

Trying to log it in, will only void your request and it will never be unstuck after a restart.

meanwhile, try to bump this if ur certain u didnt attempt to log in ur char since u requested as u said 5 days ago. so that an AM can check that out. just like what vildill said, maybe Alente or any of the higher ranked can check ur status,.

 

schizo try out what BetaMax said, it's corret, your unstuck request will stop when you login before the next server restart. So just send an unstuck request and wait until the next server start finished.
