Bugged? Pls help gm.. My item is gone.!

    heres how it goes.. i traded my ATR ring2x earring2x necklace and AT leather belt to (Noooomercy)'s ABG Corundum Ring...

    then after we have traded.. i send it to my other character(thru mail)..
    and then.. i log in my other character.. then walah.. i have recieve the mail.. but.. when i open the mail.. THERES NO ITEM.. the ABG CORUNDUM RING... im shock.. so i panicked.. i PM GM Bryne.. but he didnt answer.. and then NO GM ONLINE after a few minutes...

    how can that be.. when i send it thru mail... it says.. its successfull or something..
    but when i open the sent mail..
    no item is in there..

    OMG.. is this a BUG? GM please Help..

    The screen shot doesn't really show much. This is -not- the first time a user has claimed the mail has deleted items.

    Regretfully, unless you can provide more substantial evidence that you actually owned an ABG ring, and that it was spontaneously deleted by the mail system, there is nothing the GM team can do. As far as we know, there is an equal probability that the ring was moved and that this report is false.

    Here is what to do:

    Gather all proof you have available. Send a PM via forums to our Senior GM team members. Fully explain the events as best as you can, and submit all information (Character names, server, account name, IP address, etc)

    Do NOT post this information in a public thread, this should only be sent to a senior GM or above.
