    I think even a other Class can do the quest and get Cloth Armor...

    If im right, there should be a NPC that allows you to change the class of a armor...
    Cloth to Plate etc.
    (I think you do need a Special Item for it though, that can be bought in Sanctum/Pandaemonium)
